Ingredients of King Oyster Mushrooms
- 200 gm oyster mushroom
- 200 ml orange juice
- 100 ml veg stock
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon grated turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered jaggery
- white pepper powder as required
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon minced green chilli
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon spring onions
- salt as required
How to make King Oyster Mushrooms
Step 1 Heat oil in a panHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a while.
Step 2 Add the ingredientsNow add all the ingredients except Oyster Mushrooms. Stir a bit, let them cook for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
Step 3 Stir fry Oyster MushroomsNow take a different pan, add oil and let it heat. Now add Oyster Mushrooms and stir fry. Sear the mushrooms until well caramelised.
Step 4 Add the sauceNow add the prepared sauce and toss the mushrooms well. Once combined well, garnish with spring onions.
